Deposits

Yes. A 50% deposit is required. 

A 65% deposit is required for

  • Orders made with less than 3 weeks before an event

  • Orders over $450

Deposits are not refundable. You are not scheduled until a deposit is received.

How do I make a deposit or payment?

We accept Cashapp, Facebook Pay, or we can email an invoice. Cash is accepted for final payments only.
Final payments are due before 9am on the day of your event. There is a late payment fee of $25 if payment is made after delivery or pickup, and an additional $10 a day until the balance is made in full.

Rescheduling or postponing an event

Deposits on order are useed for materials and are not refundable. If you need to postpone an event, your deposit and the materials will be held for 3 months. Unless arrangements are made, they forfeit after this time. Rescheduling depends on available.
Any cancellations or requests to reschedule that are made in 2 days or less before an event will be charged a cancellation fee.
